wp-contact-form-2.zipをダウンロードして解凍
「wp-contact-form」フォルダごとサーバー上のwp-content/
pluginsへアップロード
管理者画面のPluginsでwp-contact-formを有効化

ページか新規投稿で “Contact Form”というのをクリックすれば
よいらしいが、なぜか見あたらなかったため、
本文に
［ＣＯＮＴＡＣＴ−ＦＯＲＭ］（←半角英数）
と記入しページを作成したところ問題なくコンタクトフォームが設置された。

入力画面が英語なので、日本語にしたい。

INSTALLATION

1. Unpack/upload the “wp-contact-form” directory “wp-content/
plugins/”.
2. Activate the plugin from the Admin interface; “Plugins”.
3. Go to “Options -> Contact Form ][ ” and update the fields if
necessary.
4. Create a post or page (or edit existing), and press the
“Contact Form”
Quicktag where you’d like the form to be placed. If you don’t
see the
Contact Form Quicktag, you can alternatively copy and paste
［ＣＯＮＴＡＣＴ−ＦＯＲＭ］　where you’d like it to appear.
